Clutch fork? bellhousing? Something wrong

I had a Monza bell on the 350 in my Chevette since both used a cable setup. The fork came out at the perfect angle for the floor too.

I'm pretty ashamed of myself for overlooking this... I just googled the casting number and bought the first one that came up on ebay
I wonder what else used the 606 casting? Smaller V8 cars, since it only fits the 153-tooth flywheel and 10.5" clutch.

Looks good in there though.

Late 70's Nova's and Camaros would also have a 606 bell housing albeit with the raised pivot ball. The 606 was the replacement for the earlier 383 and 403 castings on the small flywheel applications much like how the 697 was the replacement for the 621 in large fly wheel applications.

What's the engine and what donated the shifter?

STD bore flat top Chevy 350 with vortec heads and a marine cam.

Transmission is an 85 Camaro T5 with an 80's Chevette mainshaft and tailshaft. The shifter is from the Chevette probably pick up something aftermarket when the car gets closer to being together.

There is a correct one for sale on the site

Picked this up today, thanks for the heads up

Is that the 7395 roller can from the RamJet 350 and HT383? That's the formula I'm using with Vortecs.
