Well I thought I was going to go a year without getting sick, but I opened up my mouth to quick. I got one last sat. ITs been a week now. I also started my new job for the summer doing janitor work at my college which is the easiest job I ever did, Ive already seen some really nasty sh*t

The thing I am posting about is though, I woke up this morning, was forcing up the flem and I noticed 2 times when I coughed extremely hard a few specs of blood came up, nothing big or nothing. I dont have healthcare, dont smoke, either my dad said if I had healthcare through him still I should go to the dr, but I dont. I dont wanna waste money either. The forums online give mixed opinions, I have to admit, I was coughing really hard. My lungs are pretty much clean now too, my cold is almost over. I dont think theres much to worry about do you?

Sounds like the swine flu to me... be careful you don't let it go to far lest you become a swine flu zombie!!!

I am in the same boat as you with no health insurance. If it were me, I would ignore it if it goes away. Last time I did not ignore something and went to the hospital, I just ended up with a nice bill. I got bit by a spider and started to get hives all over the place and was itching pretty bad. I decided to go to the doctor and they gave me some benedryl or something like that. I am almost positive I could have just waited and it would have gone away. I really do not think there is any deadly spiders in North East Ohio.

I also may have damaged something when I got into a car accident, maybe a cracked rib or something. It hurt pretty bad when I took a deep breath and hurt to move. I just waited and it eventually got better and I am fine now

Some people might think I am stupid, but oh well.

In my uninsured times, I still use my same doctor as a primary care provider. A visit is only $75, which is quite a bit cheaper than going to the ER. Plus, he usually gives me lots and lots of free sample meds, which saves me even more on the cost of treatment.
