CONTROL ARMS

I have the anti-hops and they work great. I would also box you trailing arms or get a set of aftermarket ones.

The wheel hop comes from the factory trailing arms flexing under hard throttle, thus changing the rear suspension geometry. And that is what causes our cars (peg legs excluded) to hop.

I always read that with a coil spring it's either tires or shocks that'll cause wheel hop...

Tires can affect it too. I used to run 185/60/14s on my old GP, and it hopped really bad. Then for some reason (I can't remember) I put some rims with stock size (maybe even a bit bigger) tires and the hop wasn't as bad. But it was still there.

Another thing I noticed with g-body wheel hop. The hop seems to go away if the rear or the car is sliding sideways a bit. Has anyone else noticed that?
