Ask him about his adventures in searching Amazon for “Starett” body saw blades.
🤣🤣🤣

My marriage has never been better since!

How much notch do you need to do before you need to cut into the tubs? I always thought the tubs were big enough for most notches, but knowing you your going for beyond most 🙂

An inch or so.

The frame is between 2.185" and 2.365" depending where you are measuring from. I am going for 2+ inches. The delta is needing just one inch of tub movement. The extra 1" I removed is for reworking/reinforcing the frame.

It is totally normal for the threads of a bolt/cage nut to rotate independent of the head of the bolt, right? Looks like I have another side adventure to take.

It is amazing how much rust is sleeping between the layers of sheet metal. Assume nothing is the way it appears on the surfacewith these cars.
