Core Support Bushing Questions

washers were cheaper at the moment. may do the sooper dooper low buck hockey puck upgrade later on. panel gaps are mint tho.
best they've ever been lol. the gap looks bigger than it is.
I used one of them frame repair washers to give a better surface for the upper bushing to mount to.

And a bunch of misc washers and spacers I made to take up the space. Panel gaps are pretty much 1/4" top to bottom according to my calipers. Doors open and close good, got the hood aligned and shutting as good as it can, etc. Camera makes the gaps look like they're too large, but they're pretty much 1/4".
