CUTLASS Custom Grill for Cutlass?

Is this an aftermarket grill or completely custom. I've read several articles about the car in the picture and none mention the grill. I know the grill will not be everyone's taste (majority will probably dislike), but could anyone provide any info? It'd be much appreciated.

Also, if it is a custom piece how could one go about acquiring one?

you'd have to make one, you could always modify a stock one with venetian blinds
