Cutting power window controls from manual door panel

I couldn't find any posts that have this info stated. I have a nice set of black upper door panels, however they are cut for manual crank and I want to cut them if possible for power window controls. Is this possible to make look nice and not hacked? Does anyone have a template to do so or have dimensions? Or do I just need to find black power window panels?
