Opie and I were BS'in back and forth when he sent me this! All of us just trying to help each other keep these cars from being crushed!

Uninsured coverage does not cover property damage in all states. In fact, I had never heard that it did until reading this forum. Last time i checked on it here, it covered medical expenses, but no property damage.

In Ohio uninsured/underinsured coverage is not obligatory but if is common to have and depending on what the policy is the damage to the vehicle can covered

Hopefully one of them work out for you. I was curious so I called my friend at my favorite wrecker and sent him the pic of your daughters car and asked what the best he could do on all the parts needed, I knew he had this 85 sedan there and wanted to know what he would do for me...

I don't seem to have a pic of the front but from what I remember most of it was decent..sad we are so far apart...he told me I could have all the parts needed for $200. Fender with inner fender, loaded header panel, bumper with lights and whatever else I thought I'd need to pull. Man I'm living in the wrong country!

Yup I'm there every weekend sometimes twice...and when they open evenings in the summer I'm there alot more. I've gotten to know Shaun pretty good. If there's ever anything you need give me a holler I'd be glad to pull it for you.

It is....he usually lets me know when a Gbody comes in...although he's not on the counter a whole lot anymore. They rotate about every 6 weeks or so. I'll certainly let you know if those motors show up...

It wasn't her fault at all. I guess the title is a bit vague. I called junk yards around me and none of them carry parts this old anymore.

I live in Columbus Ohio as well and I can tell you I've hit every single junkyard around here this year and you won't find any gbodys in the junk yard... they're all gone. Years ago they were everywhere now you can't even find a rwd car in the junkyard.

Yes I'm in Canada...I've shipped alot of parts but never anything this large and multiple large parts at that. I'm sure shipping would far exceed the cost of the parts...

I'd say if you can't find a parts car or strike out on those cars that Opie posted... it might be best if you contact the member I've copied below that has all the parts and is alot closer to you.
