My daughter just loves her 1985 Cutlass Supreme 4-DOOR. It's her first car and she named it 'Mack" It only has 28,000 miles on it and was like new until this fool whacked her. V-6, A/C, plush interior, ect

Anyways, she got hit and run a couple of nights ago and they got the front end pretty good.

It looks like everything underneath is OK.

I need to know what years are interchangeable with the passenger fender, the bumper, grill and front valance.

Here are a couple of photos.

Any idea on interchangeability? Anybody have any parts that will help get that cream puff back on the road?

if your daughter reads the title you might be a real deadguy, it sounds like she caused the wreck...:D

It wasn't her fault at all. I guess the title is a bit vague. I called junk yards around me and none of them carry parts this old anymore.

Thank you to everyone that has commented so far. Thisi s a great forum.

You should pm mobileaudio25. I know he is familiar with the junkyards in your area. I know he has collected parts for his Malibu. He is in Columbus...timo22

Glad your daughter is ok and good luck finding the parts you need. I bet someone here will be able to send you in the right direction.

From personal experience, go looking through the yards. I can't tell ya how many times I've called and asked if they had a specific part or vehicle, and they told me "no" only for me to show up there later that day and find one in the back sinking into the mud as if it's been there for years.

From what I'm eyeballing there, between purchase price and shipping you may do better to buy a cheap donor car off craigslist, something with a rusted rear frame, etc...

I see a loaded header panel with filler, bumper assby with reinforcement and shock, radiator core support, fender w/wheelliner, then possible light frame pull and fixing some cut wiring, bulbs, little stuff.

I bet parts costs is easy $4-500, more from a junkyard, and shipping equally that. Parts car is less than $1000 and you get spares...

what about the insurance, hit and runs are usually paid by a fund set up for accidents with non insured parties and this being a hit and run it falls under that umbrella. The vehicle that hit her must have substantial damage on their vehicle
