If you are sending the 4A heads to the machine shop to be milled buy the W31 replacement 1.625" exhaust valves and get them to use a bowl hog under both the intake and exhaust valves.

Prop Joe in Chi-town has been beating on his 403 since I met him at Norwalk in 06, and I think the motor was a few years old then. 12.50s in good air, cruise control, and AC still work. Nothing fancy- just good machine work.
