It's a part of "All your base are belong to us." (This turned into one of the most giant meme viral things on the interwebz)
They translated a lot of games to English. But its what they commonly referred to as "Engrish" used for early video games. Translations came out weird sometimes. And sometimes it was just downright awful. In this case, it was a game called "Zero Wing".

That was my entry from last year. It wasn't meant to be an entry, just a little love to the thread so maybe more people would post. It didn't work very well...
Mine was a joke meant to get people submitting. I figured nobody would let a blown apart car with Christmas lights thrown in it win by default. Mr. Sony has my vote. I like his car and the effort he puts in is commendable.
