researched the roll cage and can't seem to find one for a g body from ridetech... which one did you use? I like it cuz it seems to be door entry friendly...my boy is badass welder and can get it welded for me cheap! I likey!!

sad to see brown sugar go only because i watched that build from start to finish. but the new vision is great the grey color scheme is on my mind to for my 78 malibu can't wait to see the finished product. did you have any rub with the irocs on brown sugar if so how did you solve that problem cause i'm thinking of putting some irocs on my 84 ss i just got out of the shop. check it out and give me some insight on the the 22inch iroc wheel package on the gbody.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aLBogOrjeOk

I believe the cage he custom made based off the ridetechs design.

Andrew is correct the door bars were custom made based on ridetechs design. I plan on driving the car a lot and wanted something that was easy to get in and out of. Ridetech doesnt make a cage for the gbody yet just A-body, f-body and the 05-present mustang

Wow that SS is beautiful!!! I got the irocs from LS Warren. He had them on his 87 el camino and didnt have any problems with them. I personally am not cut out to drive a car with 22" wheels lol. I only had rubbing issues when making sharp turns or going over dips. In the rear I ran a 1/4" spacer and the front I just had to run the factory fender bracing on the lower part of the front fender. I loved the look of the car lowered on the 22's but i'm going to stick with the 20's this time around and try to get her a little bit lower
