How would I straighten the frame?

I had a really nice 1983 Cutlass Supreme and both sides of the frame were bent up from the previous owner jacking the car up incorrectly.
I used the big Harbor Frieght slide hammer to fix it. It worked great. The kit pictured below does not have the hooks you would need. Must be a newer version? Not sure

The car must have been on a lift?

Did the best I could with the giant crescent wrench to straighten the frame out, not perfect but a little better. I'm satisfied with it. Thanks for all the ideas!
 
Looks like part of mount has been left out. Here’s what a 81 Malibu frame looks with 1987 Monte SS cross member bracket add for 200r4 trans from the same Monte donor car
