Here's a possibly dumb question for you. Why did you use a jeep steering shaft? I see a lot of people doing it but they never say why

It takes the slop out of the steering. Now when you turn the wheel the car turns too.

Let me know if your steering wheel is still straight after you try out the Jeep shaft. I had a little issue with mine..

mine was fine when I replaced it...

What year/model jeep is the shaft out of?

93-94 Grand Cherokee's. 95-97's may work. I haven't personally verified.
