SOOO what if the holes have already egg shaped... :?

I would source new hinges. Fixing the old ones requires a welder and fairly accurate work with a drill press or grinder to get the final shape. Good used ones exist, but you will have to shop around for some. I would check to see if they interchange right to left as the passenger door tends to be less worn out on most cars. I know AMC made them interchangeable as I used a good set of hinges off a passenger's side door of a 4 door Concord on my Spirit's Driver's door.

New one's are freaking expensive!!! My driver door hinges are egg shaped already plus the roller is shot. i went to the the junkyard and found some off a 4 door cutlass and bought them and they seem to match exactly i only paid 8 bucks for them so oh well if they don't. But they are in really good shape cuz the doors are much lighter on a 4 door than the 2 door. i am still going to rebuild them with new pins and bushings so they last a while. I just have to buy the the door spring compressor tool from either the Cornwell or Matco tool dealer.....

85 Cutlass Brougham is right in order to fix them right you need to weld up the hole and then grind it smooth, then drill it out the correct size then put in the new bushings and pins... SO....... it is way easier to get new hinges or a good set of used ones and bolt them in

ok i will go out to the junkyard as soon as i get a day off... So wehn i get these hinges im guessing the door is going to need to come completely off in order to swap them, thats not gonna be fun for me

do one at a time with a jack under the door to support it
