I Pretty much have my whole interior removed. Except the door panels are giving me a hard time.. I can't get the top half undone, also how do you remove the power window knob (thingy)!
.this is on an 85 grand Prix. So all my GP guys please help a brother out
I had a hell of a time with the upper panels on my grand prix. All I can say is make sure all fasteners and clips are removed and start working them up and down to try and shake them loose. I thought I was gonna destroy mine I was using so much force but eventually they came loose. Good luck

Yes i did but if i pull it sounds and feel as if its binding somewhere in the middle of the top half

The armrest has two screws. When those are removed the armrest slides forward. Once the armrest is off the panel Im pretty sure theres two more screws holding the panel to the door. The lower is held on by clips at that point. The upper may or may not have the same style clip on the sides depending on how many other people have removed/installed/broken them. After all is loose and away from the metal of the door you just have to pick the upper up to get it to unhook where the window sweep is. Much easier to do with the glass down.
The power window connector just slides up off the little pins. I usually use a small screwdriver to pry it up.

I think most people get all of the hardware off but get the upper panel stuck on the top edge of the door, definitely remove it with the window down.

I picked up a set of cheesy nylon dash tools from the local Harbor Freight. They made it a little easier prying some of the interior parts out.
Lol i have the same ones
