DRAG WEEK 2019 IN THE BOOKS !!!!

The announcers picked out the Cutlass with the stock interior. It was great listening to Brian Lohnes and Freiburger picking out Grayson's car for being a true street car with 'plush, velour interior' and the fun that ensued with the 'Fast Couch' thereafter. We had some fun with it for a couple of days. It started Atco, day 3, and ended with the clip below. Brian Lohnes is a great guy and a lot of fun!!

Blame Ford - I'm down for the 'Barra era', but they (Ford) won't put them in a US car, nor make them availalble to the US market. And the 2JZ thing, same deal except that the OEM is not homegrown so I can't blame a Japanese OEM.

If we could get a Barra and Barra parts in the US, then the turbo LS world would fade....and fast.

DW 20 is heading back to the Midwest and heading to Byron Illinois (probably my 2nd favorite track)

I'm trying to do DW20 with the 67 and my dad. My biggest fear is getting registered; it sold out in 7 minutes last year, I think. I'm definitely not getting on the Wait List and going 750 miles out there on a prayer and a hope.

And remember that despite being sold out that quick they still had over 50 spots open to waitlisters that didn't show either.
