^^^...I have eibach springs, tubular uppers, polyurethane lowers bushings and afco extra heavy valved front shocks and medium valved rear shocks and it's not that bad. Of course at first the ride was harsh compared to the stock set up but the benefits soon make the ride really enjoyable....I have read the eibach spring rate for the front is 660 but I havn't rated them myself to confirm that. The back eibachs have a progressive spring rate so there is no use to rate them IMO. Eibach, for whatever reason, won't reveal what the spring rates are

but like you said the ride has to be considered to best suit one's preferences
 
It's fine if it's on the stiffer side, something has to be better than what's on there now. Show be putting in the order for them next week.
