I live at the Jersey shore I grew up here and I hate that show! I'm embarrassed when people mention it that's so not what it's like here. As far as street racing it would never be that organized up here everyone hates everyone 14 years in this house and don't know most of my neighbors. In Toms River just outside Sea side (we're that show was filmed) they meet in parking lots on rt 37 on Saturday nights and very sporadically get it done meeting on back roads some dumbasses do it light to light right on 37 witch in my opinion is real dumb way to crowded way to many families

West Hampton was 66 acres and had one of the longest shutdowns in the country!!!

Old bridge township told copart to stick there salavag somewhere else and denied the permits so Jegs is buying the place to bring it back from the dead. Someone please get me some facts on this subject.

I heard the something about the insurance company but nothing more about anyone else opening it back up. But we can all dream right

I got the rumor from a guy that does a lot of street racing and racing at Atco I just wanted to know if it was really true

I also heard about the copart deal falling through. The town refused the permits for it.

There have been some rumors that the track may try to reopen, but I havent heard anything about them wanting to sell the place yet.
