I will give it a shot . "Red- like " color is Dark Carmine (in the red family). 78 cutlass .. EFI 455 ,5 speed , 8.5 3:42 gears, 4 wheel disk brake .

dumb question....I've been staring at your engine bay pic for 5mins and for the life of me I can't see where your hydroboost pump is.......can you show a more detailed pic so I can figure out your plumbing for the the brakes/pwr steer...
