My builder came by this morning to check progress (and collect another check) and had his son with him, also a contractor and a buddy of mine. My buddy hadn't seen it for a couple months. Apparently he was showing his wife the one my builder is building for himself and now she's in love too. So that'll be 3 almost identical houses in the group😀. Bob's is basically the original design. Mine is 4' wider to accommodate the stairs for the basement. Greg's will be the original design but he's going to have a 4 car garage and put a bonus room above it. Great minds or mass hysteria?

Looks AWESOME!!! That crew is not wasting time getting it weathered in! The size of the house becomes more apparent now that it's wrapped and the structure is more visible.

I've been really impressed with all the subs so far. My contractor has a pretty good group of guys. They aren't the fastest or the cheapest but the results speak for themselves.
