I think it is awesome. I bought my 40 acres in 1992 and built in 1994 and living on a dead end Georgia clay road surrounded by big property holdings ever since. 27 mile one way commute to work where I see more deer in Georgia then cars on way to Tallahassee. had an owl in back yard last evening. Have 2 deer plots and a small dove field. Gunshots normal here. I wish you well on the next page of your life and it looks like you have thought it out. Guys....we ain't gettin' younger and I am so glad I did back then. Wife and I thinking about moving closer to coast but son lived 30 minutes north. Follow your dream brothers

Could not agree more! My view East near the Coronado National Forest in Southern AZ.

We all need to find our little bit of heaven while we can. It might not be perfect, but it is worth all the aggravation to get to it!
