Thanks alot for the info guys! Like i said my radiator is leaking so i figured i would try to upgrade it.. appreciate the part numbers.. As for the fans i am looking into doing it on a budget and i will keep my eyes out for the 94-96 b-body or the f-body fans. I dont mind doing the electrical portion of it.

I recently picked up the serpentine belt setup from an '88 Firebird. Along with the belt parts, I got the rad, single electric cooling fan, and top rad plate. Has anyone used a single fan setup like this on a G body? Also, how do you wire the fan so that it will cycle properly to cool the engine? Thanks in advance.

Like gs dewd said you need to wire up a relay to carry the current. You can get a temperature probe/switch that you can use to trigger the relay at a set temperature. You can get a thread-in unit from Summit, or Autozone sells (or used to sell) an adjustable unit that has a probe that sticks in between the radiator fins.
