did they ever put 2004r's behind buick V6's? 3.8 or 4.1, doesnt matter.
im just wondering because ive seen them behind 305's but i dont think they ever put them behind buick V6's or if they did not very often.
reason im asking is, i did the math with my current gear and first gear and 3rd in my current transmission and played with with the numbers for another gear and the 2004r first gear and OD gear and i found my acceleration can improve drastically while keeping the same RPM at cruising speed, which allows me to add performance while keeping fuel economy. a win win for me since an non OD transmission and a better gear than what i have now would ruin gas mileage, such as it is.
im also asking because if they did im wondering if they used a different cable bracket for the 2004r than the one for the 200metric, because if they i need to know in case i do a swap.
