Fair price for 2wd Blazer spindles?

I pulled mine for $120/both sides. I ended up scrapping the hubs because they felt pretty "chunky", even after loading them up with fresh grease. I bought new bolts for peace of mind and I used the calipers/brackets as cores since they were rough, and bought a powerstop rotor/pad kit.
I just need rubber for my new 17's as the brakes won't clear my 14" rallye's.

Between my bare eBay steering knuckles, reman calipers, caliper brackets, new AC Delco backing plates, new slotted rotors, new hub/bearing assemblies, new pads, shipping, and core charges, my total bill so far is $622.70.

In hindsight, Wilwood offers a 4 piston kit with 11" rotors and all new hubs, hardware, etc that bolts on to the stock G-Body spindles for $982.79 so now I have to scratch my head on whether $360 more would've been worth having 4 piston calipers instead of 2.

Will 11" rotors fit with 15" rims?

Guess there is no cheap way to upgrade the brakes.

It all depends where you live.

$66 Spindles/Hubs /Bracket
$120 New Calipers
$40 New Rotors
$10 Ceramic Pads
$15 New Hoses

About $250 fo upgrade to 11" brakes with dual piston calipers. If your stock brakes needed fixing, anyway, this is only about $100-$150 more than that would cost, for much better braking and the ability to go bigger in the future without having to pull the spindles off the car to modify them.

I still think the Blazer brake setup is the best bang for the buck. In my case I needed new rotors, pads, etc. anyway. So, for a few extra bucks, why not have an improved braking system?

I agree with Longroof79 that's what I did.
Looks great, Mich. Another satisfied customer...👍

I'm glad i got my setup when I did. They seem to be drying up at the junkyard.
