I sold my race car after joining this site. It was a 70 chevelle. I DID go 8.87 at 151 but now all my cars are kinda slow.

I think its odd that when people think of race cars they only think of drag racing. Nothing wrong with drag racing at all, i just like my fun lasting longer than 10 seconds. Goes for other things in life too 😉

Thanks. I do drive it "everywhere". I would drive it more but so much home/family stuff going on all the time. Last year I did do a bunch of no prep events. It was definitely one of, if not the fastest cars there that drove thru the gates. It is definitely NOT a no prep car tho lol. I bet it weighs 3600lbs or more and is super nose heavy lol. I had like 140lbs of play ground sand in the back of the trunk lmao.

Went to the track to get an NHRA license today. These are the last 4 runs after making the 1st 4 slow runs. Pedaled on every run, The 2nd slip from the left and the one on the right I pedaled twice. SMH.

Well you got the mph for the license. I think you have to be within 1% to qualify for it. So if you go 10.10 I think you can get the license
