That's pretty much the location & shock size I used to have, except I welded up something for the top bracket. Mine looked a little cleaner, but those premade brackets look so much simpler to do.
Pictures are always a nice help, I never documented most of my past projects.

these were a mock up i made billett ones on my endmill but they still bolted in
