firebird rear axle

what is basic difference between a G body and F body 82-92 rear axle
i'm assuming the mounting points are different.

the 'bird axle doesn't have the upper control arms, instead it's a panhard bar setup. other than that they generally used the same 7.5/7.625 axle as the g-bodies.

Also the axles are longer in the f-body.
