I've heard of a lot of people having axle seal issues with the QP9, have they resolved this?

QP is still having rear Lower shock mount issues, and they want me to spend $ 1,000 for a G body 9 inch housing & axles. and use a shim to correct theirs alignment issues!!

Slimbo on MR was having inserts made to insert into the end. I actually bought a pair a while back, I haven't had the car on the road though.

What ends did you order it with? I got mine new second hand and it is setup for ls1 brakes. Just wondering if that's why they look different.
