I respect your opinion and I mean no disrespect but there is a HUGE difference between these two scenarios. This kid rushed Randy atleast 3 times that night. I dont believe Randy shoved him because the kid "didnt belong there" but because he was probably annoyed by that time not only at the kid but the lack of security. Plus no one knows what that kid could have done if he wasnt removed from the stage. Again think back to 12/8/2004 when Nathan Gale rushed onstage and murdered 5 people in the Alrosa Villa in Columbus, Ohio. And theres also a misleading detail saying the kid died on the spot, he died about a month later from swelling and bleeding "BELIEVED" to be from the incident.Intragration said:The situation I'm thinking of is this. Let's say you're a construction worker, and you're up on the second floor level installing steel girders. It's a dangerous place to be. There's a sign that says "no trespassing, violators will be prosecuted". A homeless guy sneaks by security, climbs up to the second floor, and approaches you. If you walk up to the guy and shove him off because he's "not supposed to be up there" and he falls to the ground and dies, you're going to be responsible for his death. JMO.
