I think you're limited with the TBI as far as horsepower goes. The Camaro/Corvette L98 system? Or is that the vortec head pattern? Those intakes are cheap if you look around. Then you have lots of choices for go-fast parts if you ever feel like it or have the extra cash.

Ok, System in and runs like crap. I've recieved advice that I may need to supply it with 18 psi (now 12psi)fuel press but, I'm weary of forcing so much into something meant for 11-13. Other than that all seems ~well. Only expected codes for a missing trans. and A/C. I am curious for any more oppions as to weather a TBI sys meant for a ~220hp '95 Suburban can be made adequate for 330hp 350 HO.

well yes and no you will need a good tuner to burn a chip. i think 300 is probably the limit stock even though my dad has a 90 gmc jimmy 4x4 that runs a b&m Supercharger and his hp is 323 at the rear wheels and 410 ft/lbs. anyhow good luck with what your working on.

Ok. ECM,TBI Fuel press all go. For one day that car ran better than it ever had with any setup. A Beast! Then I start getting this O2 thing. The car will start readily but with a runing vibration. I let it warm up a bit and it starts running worse and worse 'till it can;t even idle without throttle. If I wind it up to about 3000rpm sometimes it will briefly and abruptly smooth out and jump to like 4500(problem temp fixed or so it feels). But the 'bad vibe' returns when I let off. I've been watching it with TTS Datamaster and shared with my chip guy at Harris Perf. At start the O2 signal bounces around like crazy(which should be normal on a cold start) but after a while it goes to 0 volts. I tap the gas it coes up then 0. I hold the gas it comes up then 0. After running for about 5 min the O2 sig stops moving at all and the car dies. tried two new sensors. Checked and rechecked the wiring, grounds. Has anyone heard of this crap before?
