Hahaha, that is my favorite when you are selling something and somebody messages you to break it up and sell you just the one part they need. They act like you are crazy to not break up everything just to give them one of the cheapest parts of it......

Local gas station put in three self checkout stations a while back. They still have 2 clerks " working" whose sole functions now are to make conversation, procure tobacco products and guide the uninitiated thru the screen tapping process.
Not sure how that cut any costs for the company??
