I can't believe how small that engine looks in there.

SBC 125. 😀

I hated having an unhooked a/c system. Just looks white trash to me. Mine came that way. I didn't not want to hook it back up. At the time I couldn't find a heat only box. So I did the next best thing. Cut the a/c box apart and fiberglassed it. I rlike how it came out

I have a factory a/c box all new parts with a big block olds and I'm running a serpentine system made of mid 90's chevy parts the compressor is a pancake style one and the manifold line from a 92 Camaro condenser,Evap core are just new replacements the dryer I had to look through a book to find one clocked right for my application run 134a refrigerant works really well

I'm doing the same install there. 455 w/ the Chevy Blazer Serpentine set up. I would love to get a parts list of what's on your ride A/C wise.

wish my fiberglass skills were that good, looks better than an aftermarket.you should make filler panels and sell them on here

Thank you. It's really not that hard, just time consuming. Took me a week of working on it nights after work. Put a layer on, let it cure a day. Sand, another layer. Repeat process. Best part is it is still two separate pieces so it can be serviced if needed.
