Here's one for you. Snap in center cap with Olds rocket emblem for SSII/SSIII wheels 73-88. The emblem itself is more for the G-body non-raised style rocket.
The 442 center caps are discontinued, but still stupid money. Set on ebay for $470-ish shipped plus tax for a set. Real GM ones, not the Chinesium.
I clicked on the link to visit the GM Parts site, and in that link, it doesn't show a photo of these caps. Are these the correct clip on center caps for the '80s Olds rally wheels (not the bolt-on ones)?

if you look at the parts list, the things that have LEAST increased in value are simply steel stampings (more or less) (hood, x-member, etc). the things that seem to have increased most in price appear to be the more complex manufactured items or difficult to source raw material (Noico, torque converter, spark plugs)

Especially since they keep having to manufacture twice as many cats (platinum is one component) as required for each vehicle....to replace the stolen ones. Got us for 4 (2 each on 2 trucks) on late model F150s a few months back.

Replying to this, I've also noticed even if you BUY from the GM website most certainly they are GM Licensed & Branded parts but NOT made in USA or to NOS Quality. I've bought a couple of things for my OBS 91 truck and it said on the side of the box "Made in Thailand" or Some times Mexico. I'd much rather have things from Canda and Mexico than the others! I've started to see it happening a bit more now.
