Just stick the thing in the back next to the fill. Access to the screws in the trunk. Easy. If there is a smell it will be behind you.

What thing? The vac manifold? I need to figure out where to mount the trans dip stick too. We getting to that point on this build.

When adding that valve did you guys remove the restriction on the inside plate for the vent line on the sender unit? I added this valve and I still have filling issues. I cannot freely blow or have suction on the sender. Debated removing tank to braze on new fitting to the neck. Or to remove that small metal plate.
