My brother still has an Olds 455 in his garage if interested. Edelbrock performer intake, J heads, CSR electric water pump, Moroso pan, fabbed aluminum valve covers, aftermarket cam, double roller timing chain, and new felpro gaskets. Needs pistons and pushrods. Old block was .060 over and had a crack in the cylinder wall. Has a fresh, hot tanked block. Has some A-body headers that could be modified to fit.

Thanks but a 455 is a tad bit out of my league. Only swap experience I have is factory to factory. Getting a welder out and really start fabbing I really need a closer garage than I'm useing. Otherwise the whole car would be moth balled. Lol it's running and driving. Actually power blocked today!! So I figure I'd keep an eye out for the pre 70s rocket. Until Christmas and then bonus cash will get it going.

That and the Ice cold factory air is too good to loss. Do have currently a funky alternator issue that minutes ago came up. Charges for 10 seconds then stops. Lol let the battery die last week now the radio comes and goes. Always something.

What's nice is that 70 350 motor is way out in the yard. 5 ft tall brush is tangled around the car and has 99 stickers so I doubt it's a hot ticket item in this mom and pop yard. Hell maybe a good motor. Car is trashed "roll over heavy passenger side damage" so it was running at one point.
