Willkommen Andreas!
It's nice to see more wagon guys from across the pond. Nice Opel, too.
The last Opel I drove was an Opel Kadett station wagon back in the '70's. Quick little car.

Do you see any other Malibu and G-body station wagons over there?

hi,
i´m looking over a year for a station wagon.
in this time were ten or eleven to sold in germany, netherlands, austria
and switzerland.
the one i have buyed was just 50 kilometers away from my home.
unfortunaly it is very hard to find spare parts.
my brother and me have parted out(?) his wagon for years to restore his el camino
and much of the parts go to trash which i needed tonight.
specialy the tailgate hinges.
thats live
so long
andreas

Welcome Andreas, Nice Wagon.
Which region you come from Germany?

Ich spreche ein bischen Deutsch, wegen ich von Elsass komm. (Elsass ist eine region in Frankreich gerade neben Deutschland.)

Yes, I would imagine parts are difficult to find over there. I know these cars were sold in Europe, but I don't think many have survived over the years.
I'm glad to hear that you have held on to some spare parts from your brother's wagon. What condition is his El Camino in?

Ah, I see my fellow wagon friend Sebastian has answered..Hello Sebastien. I see you're fluent in German.

Hello Jack,
In the region Alsace (I coming) we learn German (first foreign language) at school. Other regions of France School we teach English (first foreign language).
No luck for me, I'm not in Germany because I moved ...

Hi Sebastien',
So depending on what region of the country you live determines what language you learn first. I guess Alsace is closer to the German border? My father was fluent in German probably because he lived close to the German border in Poland.

Hi
My brother has sold his elky after he finished his 72'nova.
But the guy that have buyed it is a buddy from a buddy
And so we will see the car often.the new owner is a
