nice article and I'm surprised he still has the stock duel exhaust. I know a shop who does alot of work on GN's and one standard upgrade is a single 3" stainless exhaust front to back
A lot of us do not like the single shot because it is loud and farty sounding.
I run a 3" down pipe and split it to a dual Y pipe system with two straight-through mufflers.
Apart from a little more pipe and an extra bend or two you get more flow from two 2.5's than a single 3" pipe.
I like the look of duals as the car came that way, plus on a cold day I see two exhaust streams 🙂
At the point you run hard at the track most people get a test pipe with an open dump and bypass the exhaust.
