Gn sending unit for lt1 swap

Ok thanks I think I figured it all out did you put a lt1 in your malibu?

I don't think the gn sending unit will work due to the different size and shape of the fuel tank. If you can make it work that'll be great.

When I did the swap on my malibu. I used a corvette filter/regulator to the 3/8 hard line then from the 3/8 from the sender to the filter the middle sender line also to went my filter which also has a return and the 5/16 outside line to the charcoal canister.

On the middle sender line you can cut the step down neck back to when it gets to 5/16.

Here's what I'm doing on mine. GN EFI tank and sender, cut off the very ends of the sender, installed 3/8 compression to -6 JIC and 5/16 compression to -6 JIC for pressure and returns, ordered -6 JIC adapters for the LT1 rail, some more -6 JIC to 3/8 o-ring boss fittings on a Earl's 100 micron filter to be finished with 3/8 braided hose with the ven line going to the stock Monte charcoal canister.
