have you talked to the owner? ask what he/shes doing with it? i have the same thing out here, theres a guy with a gnx thats just rusting in his driveway. i went to the house to tell the guy about GBF and i got his son. i wrote the website down and told him if he needs help or and extra pair of hands to contact me on the site. ive actuall done this like 3 or 4 times, but to no avail. some people i guess dont care about the poor rotting gbodys in there driveways like we do...😢
Yea locally we have a Grand National that surprisingly at least from a distance looks pretty good for sitting in the same spot next to some large pine trees for over 15 years. I am told several people have tried to buy it to no avail. You pull up the driveway behind it then if you go all the way up to I assume the garage area you turn just before you get to it. Imagine parking behind it or pulling around it for over 15 years.
Got a chance to go back to speak with the owner. Took a couple more pics. Knocked on the door a few times no answer.
Spoke with a neighbor. No one lives in the house. They said the owner just stores the car there. The person I spoke with does not know the name of the homeowner.
Thats about how my cutty was before I got a job and did my LT1 build in it. Maybe some college kid owns it and want to restore it when he's all growed up... That was my deal, didn't wanna drive it to school, couldn't afford to fix it and wasn't going to sell a non running car that had been in the family for 30 years... So I "parked" it for 2 years while the tires went flat and the oil leaked out... She's been resurected and roams the streets again tho.
that car is cold!!! looks to be in decent shape too...F*uck it....steal it bro...Just kidding!! I've really been wanting a Pontiac lately after seeing a few more around town..I'm looking at a 78 Grand Am this weekend that i hope I can bring home.
