Gray Man, Inc.

I pulled the wheels today and installed 6 new valve stems. I also replaced the RF tire since it was different from the rest. I found a used one on Ebay with similar tread depth. These things are $350 apiece, so I'm not looking forward to buying a full set. Then I took the over to the tire shop for balancing.

It doesn't look any prettier but it's ready for work now. I think I forgot to mention that I replaced the lower facia (air dam) when I did all the front-end work.

Going over to my dad's shop tomorrow to work on the boat. Might have an update on that soon.

I'm sure they're cheaper somewhere. That's just the ballpark I was seeing.

Weird. Just seems overly spendy for what it is. Unless that 215/85 is just that much of a challenge to produce.

Your guess is as good as mine. Those are just what were on it when I bought it.

All the floor structure has been laid in. Everything was coated in resin after being glued and screwed.

Bilge pumps are plumbed, pre-wired, and placed. There are access covers that go over the big holes.

The transom was actually a lot more solid than I had expected. The portion that needed attention had already been replaced (poorly) some time in the past. The new piece has 2 layers of mat on the exposed side. It'll get clamped, glued, and screwed after it sets up.

I started roughing in the patches on a bunch of unnecessarily added holes. There's a lot of this phase left to do.

After the big holes are patched, there's many hours of tedious grinding and filling spider cracks in the gel coat.

Fibreglass sucks.
