doing some job last days, such as new headliner and sun visors, new starter motor, put retrosound stereo and Grant steering wheel. Also made a conversion of headlights to Hella with H4 lamp with relays between switch and headlights - probably it’s more drivers friendly at night than stock bulbs 403375A7-B6A8-42A2-B2F2-5282B4F28070.jpeg 030A30B9-44A9-4CEC-89B3-F59898462E50.jpeg 2042293F-9D99-470B-9890-3DB4A6901854.jpeg C7D56AC5-6E97-401E-837A-8BCC4001A6B9.jpeg 0105A30D-44C3-40AE-AF2C-35AB23FE4F51.jpeg 4C720DDC-A868-4370-A1F1-7BB5B157E8D4.jpeg D76EFCC3-AADF-43E8-B8FA-6828DEED9F6E.jpeg

Welcome to the forum! I've been to Russia and I've seen some scary driving there. Cars driving on the gravel shoulders, more cars driving in the ditches beside the shoulders. A big old Cutlass is perfect for that!

I don’t like this style of driving. It’s so cool to be an asphalt eater with classic American car)

This Cutlass wasn’t in Siberia before I bought it. It lives in the village barn (thanks god it was dry) in Kaluga (the city near Moscow) suburbs for about 20 years without moving. When I found it, the price was rather high and I took a time out. Some time later the seller drops it to acceptable level. My ‘85 Ford E-350 Ambulance was sold and Olds becomes mine. I tried to find it for about 12 years or so. I know about 1 a-body and 1 g-body Monte Carlos, 3 g-body Regals, 2 or 3 a-body and 1 g-body Cutlasses, the same number of Pontiacs and Malibus in the whole Russia. For about 10-15 years ago it was a bigger (not so, but noticeably) population of this cars. But it looks like some of them are dead now
