Seems understandable enough to me...I don't understand the correlation of your water bill and the losses people on the coast are suffering and some of the loses that cannot be replaced.... 🤔
It's not about wishing losses damage and destruction on someone from spite. Although it the series of messages imply those losses are absorbable.
I read it as lack of rain and dry conditions leading to wishing for heavy rain.
Last few years we've suffered lots of dryness at our farm in North central georgia. Have a pond that drops about 4-5 feet on average each of the last 4 years in a row, already down 3 feet this summer. I know I'd love a couple tropical storms and/or minor cat 1 hurricanes to come through and relieve things, and, that's coming from someone who lives day-to-day on the coast away from the place.
