LOL Someone told him to mark the position of the dist rotor.......If you rotate the crank to adjust the lifters prior to reinstalling the dizzy, the previously recommended mark will most certainly be useless.

This is true, I hadn't thought of that. One thing I would recommend is watching some videos on Youtube, if you rotate the crank at all to see how to identify TDC.
You have to take off the drivers valve cover and make sure both lifters are in the correct position on the #1 cylinder.
