How to adjust headlight beam on 82 Monte Carlo ?

there is an adjustment screw at the top of each head light for vertical adjustment as well as one side of each headlight. standard right hand thread on each adjustment screw, so the bulb will move in the direction the screw is turned. access to adjustment screws are from the front and are accessible with the chrome bezel trim in place.

I would spray some penetrating oil in the area, the adjusting screws have a habit of rusting and welding themselves to the plastic. Use a good #2 philips screw driver
