Looks like a 9004/9007 bulb retainer to me.
Dorman makes replacements. Should be available at any parts store/help section

87 olds headlight bulb retainer, the picture looks the same but when you enter in the car info it say's doesn't fit. I called doorman was told part is discontinued
I've no way of knowing, but a similar era box body caprice with euro lamps may use the same retainer... and aren't in demand like cutlass euro headers and so may be in a boneyard.
Or used off someone's busted euro headlamp
If you can ever find one, it's GM part number 16507560.
According to the parts book information, it only fits G-47 Olds 86, 87 and 88 model year. That's why it's tough to find them. You may say "wait, 86 had quad sealed-beam lamps" and you'd be right. Recall the 86 was supposed to get the Euronose and Monte SS style wedge shaped mirrors. But at the last minute, that never happened. Of course, that could be why they re-constituted the 1981 grille for the 86.
This is one area that GM NEVER FIXED THE CATALOGS. We're so shocked.

my car does have the Euro clip maybe that's why it so hard find
the salvage yard in my area don't have any g body are old school car.
I wished I lived in the south parting out these old cars can be a goldmine

If you look up the 16507560 part number on GM Parts Direct, it shows that retainer fits 86-89 Pontiac 6000 vehicles, and *yet* it says does NOT fit the 87 Cutlass (G47) which makes me tend to believe there's likely other 86+ GM composite headlights that use the same retainer, or at least very similar?

So, since the 1987 Olds RWD Cutlass uses the 9004 bulb for both High/Low beams, I looked up the High/Low beam bulb for one of the applications on that list below. (ie; 1986-1991 Cadillac Eldorado). My guess is that since they are the same bulb used, there's a good chance they'll work and it's just a case of the fitment/catalog not being 100% correct? (to 69hurstolds point).
