Here is a tip to save people some time. If you have to replace your headlight sockets, do not buy the OEM looking ones from the part store. Grab the high temperature ones instead. They have a dust boot around the plug itself and much better connectors on the plug itself. My luck with the OEM looking ones was so bad that on 2 different connectors, when I would push the plug into the light, 1 or 2 of the terminals would shove right out of the plug. The housings seem too loose to retain the terminals, and the tabs just fold over.

The Dorman part number 85810 was the part that looks correct, but is of poor quality. I used Dorman part number 84790 instead for the high temperature sockets.

Good tip, it's funny as I was looking to finish up my headlight relay harness and use new connectors.
