If these headlights are anything like other ebay sets I've heard of, I wouldn't get them. They will prolly crack and or fill with water. I would assume you'd get hassled by police for blue lights on your car as well. I would just retrofit your current headlights with a good quality HID kit. There is plenty of info on good kits here if you do some digging.

The ebay HID's are very poor quality and failing diodes / relay can cause an electrical fire if the car is living outside. Try Sylvania bulbs first for a whiter more pure light than a bargain brand. If you must get the HID's to see just be aware of how much power they are drawing and check the connection points after 20-30 min of running the car to make sure they aren't overheating. The more Southern forum members could probably run the HID kit off ebay with 0 issues in a nice climate. I have see some people in the neighborhood using the HID kit off ebay without the crappy chinese ballast that comes in the kit and instead they have relays taped into the lead wire so it won't overheat. This is because many people buy the kit and ballast fails or rusts out immediately b/c it has no rust proofing chemicals on it and the oil from your hands makes it rust immediately. I would suggest removing / replacing all relays if you buy this kit. You can trust everything in the kit except the relays; the minute it is cold they fail immediately and the ballast overheats everytime threatening to start a fire. Same problem as on all the chinese indoor growing systems. Have seen it happen out here dozens of times. Lot of people driving w/o heaadlight pulled over here lately and their excuse is that the battery kept dieing b/c the HID kit from ebay drew too much power and was killing the battery.

Ok,no on the ebay stuff.definately dont want junk.ive got Sylvania bulbs now.

I tried those Sylvania bulbs and found that the light was more concentrated to shine further down the road but less on the side and whiter then the OEM lights. I have hid bi xenon and use the 4300k cause it's better than the higher kelvin temperatures. A 4300k HID bulb at 35 watts generally produces 3200-3400 lumens of light. A 5000k HID bulb at 35 watts generally produces 3000 lumens and a 6000k HID bulb at 35 watts generally produces in the 2800 lumen range. In good weather the 6000 is ok but in the rain the and snow the 4300 is much better.
