headlights?

Does any one know if all 4 headlights are supposed to stay lit when you turn on the high beams.
Or do the low beams turn off leaving only the high beams lit.
I know the G body forum is the place to get answers. Thanks

It could be a simple as the high beam on the lites are bunt.
