Yes, because it is a Vin Y, a regular Cutlass. I had a 76 Cutlass with a 350, the same setup as the Vin 9, minus the air pump and an A5 A/C compressor vs a R4. I have a feeling cost had something to with the 80's setup. Our 81 Delta 88 also had the Vin Y Cutlass set up. The belt squealed till it actually burnt off.
From what I have seen. My 260 had the same pulleys. Pretty sure it was off a car with A/C, closed impeller water pump. Mixed with my 70S non A/C passenger side alternator brackets made belt alignment awesome. Also had a belt for the alternator just off the water pump, also had squealing issues.
